Rare Vintage Ty Piccadilly Collectable Teddy Bear 1993. Never has been played or taken out of its packaging. Materials: PVC pellets, polyester fiber. Piccadilly the Bear - Blue/Green. Piccadilly is a fuzzy light brown bear with black button eyes and a bright red clown nose.

He wears a blue and green clown costume with a ruff around his neck. Instead it has a to, from, with love' tag. Oakbrook instead of Oak Brook. There are two versions of Piccadilly.

This version with a blue/green outfit and a version with a rainbow costume. Among many finds in a beanie babies collector/dealer's.

It was stored in a case, and the tag is in new condition. If you collect these then you know. This has all the expected errors.
